I didn’t start Arunae with a pitch deck or a fund behind me. I started with a notebook full of half-formed ideas, long walks before sunrise, and a stubborn belief that India deserved brands and spaces built with more patience than hype. Over the years, I’ve seen how consumer goods, real estate and hospitality all reward those who stay close to the ground — to customers, to teams, to the slow work of getting details right. Arunae is my way of doing that at scale: backing operators who care about craft, not just categories.
